My 9-year-old son hasn't eaten any meat all day and I'm really worried about his health/safety now?

He hasn't eaten any meat since yesterday evening at dinner. I'm very worried that he will become deathly malnourished because of this. I just tried calling the doctor's office but they're closed. Should I call an ambulance?
