Any women out there CHOOSE not to get married?

The idea of getting married makes me feel uncomfortable and I'm 31 years old. At my age I should be hearing my biological clock ticking and yet I don't like the idea of getting married. Maybe it's because I haven't met the right person, but I get a negative feeling at the idea of getting married. I think it might have something to do with the fact that my parents sheltered me so much growing up and my father insisted that as his daughter he would keep me "chaste" by sending me to all girl schools. The result was what always seems to happen to girls put in all girl schools- I slept with a ton of guys when I graduated to compensate for my sheltered childhood... and looking around at my peers they all seemed to do the same thing. Not to mention Modonna & Lindsey Lohan grew up in simular strict Catholic upbringings and they ended up ...not so chaste either. Perhaps this is why I don't want to feel tied down to anyone because I was forced to toe the line growing up. Should I just force myself to get married like everyone else?
