Can my 12 month old sleep for 12 hours without milk?

I put my daughter to bed at 9pm, and wake up at 11pm to feed her some milk so she doesnt wake up i nthe mdidle of then ight thirsty, i have doen this with her since she was 3months old. Sicne she was 3m onths old she has been sleeping for 12 hours strait. SOmetimes she wakes up for her soother. But can she last for 12 horus without a bottle?/ Do i still have to feed her at 11pm?? Can i feed her at 8:30pm put her to bed at 9pm and her not being thirsty at all.??I like her sleep routine right now. I dont want waking up all the time, and it change
