Does your cat love you like mine does?

My cat follows me everywhere. He's slept with me at night since birth. He likes my singing and when I read to him. I take him for strolls in the pet stroller to the park. He is an Egyptian Mau and is very smart. I just wonder if other people have experienced this or not.
