Combine un-allocated with C:/ (VISTA 32-BIT)?

I don't know why you couldn't make Partition magic work on Vista .I have it and it worked both on 32 and 64 Vista. Anyway you can use the Vista disk manager to shrink a volume but not merge it again. Use acronis and create a partition with the unallocated space.After that merge the partitions
