Pregnancy, excruciating hip pain?

Yeah, I heard in our birthing cl that it's when the baby hits a nerve as they're dropping. The good news is it's probably almost time! They didn't really give us any solutions for it other than kind of rotating your hips on one of those birthing to try to move the baby a little. It might be something to try? Good luck!
