My friend broke my mouse?

Well i was using it today and my friend got up and decided he wanted to wrestle so he grabbed my hand a slammed it on my desk and started jerking me around. Well now my mouse is broken and i dont know what to do because he is saying he is not going to pay for it. BTW we are both 13 year old kids
