Forgery question need a little help please?

I'm in TN and this allegedly happened.My boss said she needed a weeks worth of names and to start making it. I put some co-workers names down on a sheet of paper with that days date along with what shift they worked. The sheet of paper was for a we care we I.D for cigs and beer. I told my co-worker what was done, but I wasn't sure if I understood my boss so I stopped and was going to wait till I saw her (the boss) the next morning to see if I was doing it right. My co-worker then called her lawyer and s/he said to make a copy of the piece of paper so she did. Now she wants to get me for forgery or something. Since I didn't have the intent to defraud anyone can this really hold up in court? Can she get me arrested for anything? Oh and the paperwork was not offical, my boss would've tossed it and started over.Before it's said No I don't have money for a lawyer and I doubt they give legal "advice" for free. I'm just asking for someone with legal knowledge to give their opinion. TY
