Could I have salivary gland stones?

Well I, like an idiot, worked around two heavy chain smokers for about 8 months. I quit and got swelling in my saliva glands. I saw an ENT and he said they were just swollen from allergies or irritants. He gave me some antibiotics and said the swelling would go down. Nope. Its been 4 months. They are about the size of pecans and there are 3 on the side of my neck. Im stressed because im also a singer. I saw another doc about 2 weeks ago who put me on penicillin and thought i had a sinus infection because my labs showed abnormally high levels of bacteria. Well, i only have 4 pills left and they are still painful and swollen. The first doc said I might have saliva stones. The seond doc ran x-rays and blood work but didnt mention that as a possibility. Should I get a thirds opinion? Im frustrated. I havent noticed a change in my voice but it does hurt after I sing like the glands are under a lot of pressure. I thought possibly a nodule from the smoke but I dont see why i would have
