Can i be eligible for calworks if..........?

i live with my ex bf and i hate it. im looking for a job but i haven't had any luck. we have a son together and i have a daughter that is not his. he doesn't support me or my daughter other than paying rent. i pay pge which i've been borrowing money from my relatives to do so. can i still be eligible for cashaid and foodstamps?
